2008 Fees
Retreats
One Night
With 3 meals provided $32.00 per person
With no meals provided $20.00 per person
Two Nights
With 6 meal provided $62.00 per person
With no meals provided $40.00 per person
In the event dinner on the arrival night is not needed OR lunch on departure day is not needed, $3.00 will be deducted per person. We will only deduct the cost of ONE MEAL.
For groups providing their own meals there is a $100.00 one time fee per group.
Prices include use of all facilities, as needed. Cabins are provided based on number of campers. Pool is open from June 1st through the first week of August. Camp Lifeguards are provided, No EXCEPTIONS.
Reservation Deposit is $200.00. Dates are held up to 14 days with a verbal request. During this time a deposit must be received to hold the date. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE; however your deposit will be deducted from your final balance, pending inspection of facilities. Sorry, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for CANCELLATIONS.
Picnics / Day Events
$125.00 Includes use of facilities, except cabins, missionary cottage and pool
$175.00 Includes use of facilities and pool. This does not include cabins and the missionary cottage. Lifeguards are provided by Camp Schafer, no exceptions. The pool is open from June 1 through the first week of August.
Reservation Deposit is $75.00. A date will be held for 14 days with a verbal request. During this time a deposit must be received to hold the date. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE; however your deposit will be deducted from your final balance, pending inspection of facilities. Sorry, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for CANCELLATIONS. If you need to cancel an event due to weather - you may reschedule the event within 2 months of original date.
DMBA churches will receive a 10% discount upon request for a Picnic or Day Event.
Please do not assume that you will be automatically scheduled each year. All groups must reschedule each year.
