WALNUT MEMORIAL COMMUNITY-WIDE TIME OF PRAYER

In light of the difficult days our community is walking through, we’re opening our sanctuary tomorrow evening, Friday, February 20, for a community-wide time of prayer from 5:30–7:30 PM. This will be a quiet, come-and-go space for anyone who needs a moment to pray, reflect, or simply sit in peace.

Our leaders will be available throughout the evening for anyone who would like to be prayed for or needs encouragement.

You are not alone. All are welcome.

DMBA COMMUNITY PRAYER SERVICE

Our community has endured lots of pain and suffering over the last week. We can see there’s a lot of hurt, there’s a lot of anger, and there’s a lot of mourning surrounding various tragedies our community has experienced. The Daviess-McLean Baptist Association is hosting a community-wide prayer service, with a special emphasis on mourning, prayer, and God’s grace as the source of our healing. There will be worship, much prayer, and the Gospel will be proclaimed. Please join us as we seek to lift up our community to the God who’s capable of healing all wounds.

KBC – COFFEE & CONVERSATION

Thursday, March 19th at the Daviess McLean Baptist Association Conference Room – 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Click above to Register.
Make plans to attend Coffee & Conversation – a welcoming space to slow down, ask honest questions, and talk about what it really looks like to grow as discipled women – women who are learning to walk closely with Jesus Christ in everyday life.
No lectures or teaching or pressure to have it all together – just real conversation, biblical encouragement, and community that reminds you that you’re not on this journey alone. Whether you’re new to the faith, have walked with Jesus for years, or somewhere in between, there’s a seat for you at the table.
Come as you are. Bring a friend, your ideas and questions about discipling women. We’ll provide coffee and sweet treats. Leave encouraged, refreshed, and reminded that growth happens best together!
Gratefully,   Sara Robinson, PHD – KBC Women’s Ministry and Transition Consultant
