SOUTH CENTRAL KY BAPTIST ASSOCIATION

DMBA ANNUAL DENTAL MISSION APPRECIATION BANQUET

The Christian Dental Mission, a ministry of the DMBA, is holding its annual volunteer appreciation dinner on February 17 at the Baptist Building at 1003 Scherm Rd.

The event is not only an opportunity to express appreciation to all of the volunteers, but also an opportunity to invite others to consider local dental missions as a place to serve. Another goal of this event is informing church pastors and leaders regarding the scope of this life-changing ministry, and inviting them to serve as chaplains once a year. There will be testimonials from volunteers as to why they serve the Lord through dental missions.

Our speaker this year will be Tanner Ward, Pastor of CrossView Church, a new church plant of Life Community Church in Owensboro. He will tell of his journey to become this church plant pastor and how they have a vision “to bring hope to the city and love to the ends of the earth by making disciples in our everyday lives”.

Kentucky has a very active disaster relief ministry that works in partnership with other organizations in Kentucky, nationally, and internationally.
